Privacy Policy

Last updated 11 August 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legalese.

What we collect

Details you give us at checkout: your first and last name, email address, city and phone number.

Health information you choose to share, before or during your call. This includes things like your symptoms, blood markers, medication, sleep, stress and lifestyle. You decide how much of this you tell us.

Payment information. We do not see or store your card or UPI details — those go directly to our payment processor.

Basic technical data your browser sends, such as approximate location, device type and which pages you viewed.

Why we use it

To take your booking, run your consultation and send you your roadmap.

To contact you about your call, including reminders and rescheduling.

To take payment and keep the financial records we are required to keep.

To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Health information gets extra care

Information about your sexual health, hormones and medical history is sensitive, and we treat it that way. We collect it only because you have asked us to assess it, we use it only to prepare and deliver your consultation and roadmap, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. Ever.

You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record of the transaction itself.

Who else touches your data

We use third-party services to run this business: a payment processor to take payment, a scheduling tool to book calls, an email provider to reach you, and a video tool to hold the call. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We may disclose information if we are legally compelled to, or where it is necessary to protect someone from harm.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation notes and health information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you return. Transaction records are kept for the period our tax and accounting obligations require.

Ask us to delete your data and we will do so within a reasonable time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function and to measure basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by a third-party processor. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold your card details, and access to consultation notes is limited to the people delivering your programme.

Adults only

This service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
